How do I change APN settings?
Hi hi...Here are some simple steps to set up giga's APN (Access Point Name).

When you first receive your giga SIM, Insert your SIM into your phone, connect to WiFi and hit Activate! You'll be redirected to download APN.

For iOS devices,
Go to Settings, Mobile Data, Mobile Data Network
Under APN, enter
APN: giga
Everything else is left blank

For Android devices,
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
or Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
or Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
Add the giga APN:
Name: giga
APN: giga
Everything else is left blank

If you are using your giga SIM on another phone for the first time, do repeat the steps above to set up giga APN in your phone (skip the part on 'hit Activate!).

I've just installed the latest iOS and now my iPhone shows "no service".
It has been reported that some iPhone users have discovered connectivity issues after installing the latest iOS. This is regardless of which operator you are on. Try one of these steps:
1. Reboot the iPhone, then wait 5 minutes
2. Remove the SIM Card, Re-insert the SIM Card
3. Put into Airplane Mode & Reboot
4. Ensure you are on the "giga" APN. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network
