What are your delivery times?
Hi hi.. Specially for our launch till 18th June, we offer next-day delivery for orders submitted before 6pm! That’s 9am-9pm everyday including weekends and public holidays!

After 18th June, our usually delivery hours are from 9am-9pm, Mon-Sat (excluding public holidays).
I did not receive my SIM card
Hi hi.. You can track your SIM delivery from your giga app dashboard! Or hit us up and our gigacare agents will be happy to assist you.
How do I check on my SIM delivery status?

I can't be present to collect my SIM
Not free? No worries. You can authorize a friend/family member to receive the SIM on your behalf. The authorization form is available from the delivery tracking page in your giga App.

Upon delivery, the recipient simply needs to show us:
- a screenshot of the authorization confirmation email from giga
- your original ID used to purchase this SIM
- the recipient's original ID
