What plans do you have?
There are 3 contract-free giga plans for you with free Caller ID, free incoming calls and SMS, and free data rollover!

•        6GB plan comes with 100 mins and 100 SMS, at just $10 per month.

•        45GB plan comes with 1000 mins and 1000 SMS, at just $25 per month

•        75GB plan comes with 10000 mins and 10000 SMS, at just $45 per month.

These are consumer plans. We do not support corporate signups

Do your plans come with Free Rollover Data?
That's right! All giga plans comes with FREE Rollover Data, so you never have to waste any of the data you love. Roll over unused data from your giga plan for another 2 renewal cycles, capped at 6GB for the 6GB plan, 45GB for the 45GBplan and 75GB for the 75GB plan, at any point in time.

Roaming data from gigaRoam pass and other extra packs will not be rolled over.

Only giga gives you a second chance to use the data you love. Viva la giga!
Is giga's network speed reliable?
Absolutely! giga is powered by Singapore's Fastest Network to provide mobile services.
Do your plans come with contracts?
Good news! All giga plans are contract-free and you are not tied down to any commitment with us! We are that giga-tastic!
How much for incoming calls/SMS?
All local incoming calls and SMSes are free with our giga plan!
Do you have roaming plans?
Love to travel? We have 2 attractive roaming plans available.

•        gigaRoam APAC pass comes with 1GB at $5, valid for 5 days when you arrive at your travel destination. The 14 supported destinations are Australia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

•        gigaRoam ROTW (Rest of the World) pass comes with 1GB at $15, valid for 15 days when you arrive at your travel destination. The 34 supported destinations are Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and United States of America.

You may stack up to 5 passes at one go (all passes will be activated together and expire on the same date). Or choose to purchase the next pass when one runs out.
How do I change my plan?
There's no change plan fee with giga!

Simply launch your giga app and click on the Mega Menu > Change plan and follow the on-screen steps. Do be reminded that all the rollover data that you have accumulated from your previous plan will be dropped when you change plan. Your new plan will start on your next renewal date.
When can I change my plan?
You can change your plan anytime once you have an ACTIVE giga line (i.e. activated your giga line). Simply click on "Add line/ Change plan" and follow the on-screen steps. Do note that all rollover data that you have accumulated from your previous plan will be dropped when you change plan. Your new plan will start on your next renewal date and your new plan charge will kick in then.
Any other charges?
What you see is what you get. There are no hidden fees/registration/excess fees with giga's services.

There is a $2 delivery fee where you are able to select your preferred delivery date and time slot. We deliver Monday- Saturday excluding public holidays 
Will I incur any excess charges?
You will not incur any excess charges with giga, so no bill shock! If you have fully utilized your data, mins or SMS in your plan before the next renewal date, your outgoing services will stop immediately, and you can simply stack on extras to continue with your service.

•        For data: Simply stack on our Data pack (1GB for $2) to continue using data.
•        For talktime: Simply stack on our Talktime pack (100 mins for $1) to continue making calls. Incoming calls are free.
•        For SMS: Simply stack on our SMS pack (100 SMS for $1) to continue sending outgoing SMS. Incoming SMS are free. 
How do I cancel my line?
Simply launch your giga app and go to the mega menu. Click on the option “Cancel line/ SIM services” and follow the steps to cancel your line. You can continue to enjoy giga's services till the last day of the current cycle and your line will be cancelled on the last day of your cycle. Do note that you will need to submit the cancellation request at least 3 working days before your next renewal cycle.
You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is successful. Do not cancel your line if you wish to port out of giga to another telco.
Are there any termination fees?
giga plans are contract-free and there is no fee for termination of your giga line. Do note that all cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 working days before your cycle renewal date.
