Our gigaRoam packs and monthly roaming data are automatically activated when you arrive in your travel destination. gigaRoam will be valid for the next 5 days for gigaRoam APAC, and next 15 days for gigaRoam Rest of the World (ROTW). You can purchase your gigaRoam pack anytime up to 3 months before travelling.

If you do not wish to activate your gigaRoam pack yet, simply follow any one of these steps to prevent your gigaRoam pack from being automatically activated:

1. Turn on airplane mode on your mobile device
2. Turn off 'Data Roaming' in your device settings (usually found in Mobile Networks)
3. Turn off your SIM card in your device settings (usually found in SIM Manager)

For monthly roaming data, ensure that you are connected to our preferred network operators for the best coverage:

• Malaysia: Maxis, U Mobile
• Indonesia: Indosat, Telkomsel
• Thailand: True Move, DTAC
• South Korea: SK Telecom, KT Corp
• India: AIrtel, BSML, Vodafone Idea
