How do I view my Roaming balance?
Login to your giga App and you will land on the local data dashboard. The gigaRoam dashboard will only be visible to customers who have purchased at least 1 gigaRoam pack that has not expired or been fully utilised. There are 2 separate dashboards for roaming, one for gigaRoam APAC and one for gigaRoam ROTW.

The active gigaRoam pack will be displayed at the top, while the purchased but not activated pack will be displayed in a grey box at the bottom of the screen. Only 1GB of gigaRoam pack will be activated at a time.
