All gigaRoam packs must be used within 90 days from purchase. To view the expiry date of your gigaRoam packs, simply launch your giga app, select the gigaRoam APAC or gigaRoam ROTW tab, and scroll to the grey box at the bottom of the screen. The earliest expiry date will be displayed here.

You can also view the validity end time of your active gigaRoam pack from your dashboard. It is displayed under the roaming balance bar in the format "Valid till DD MM, 00:00Hrs in SGT".

Note that the gigaRoam dashboard will only be visible to customers who have purchased at least 1 gigaRoam pack that has not expired or been fully utilised.
