There's no limit to the number of times you can reinstall your giga eSIM! Simply head on to our giga app > Mega Menu > SIM Services > Reinstall eSIM, to request for a new eSIM which you can then install on your preferred mobile phone or device! There may be a fee incurred with each SIM swap.

Note that only 1 eSIM can be activated for your giga line at any one time. Once you activate the new eSIM, the existing eSIM associated with that line will be deactivated and will no longer have service.
