Why is the gigaExplorer AR filter not working on my device?
If the gigaExplorer AR filter is not working, please ensure the following:
  • Your device has a functional camera and allows browser access to it.
  • Your browser is up-to-date.
  • You have a stable internet connection.
  • Your device meets the minimum requirements for AR experiences.
  • The gigaExplorer AR filter is open only on one tab/browser.
  • Hold the camera for at least a few seconds when scanning any letter ‘e’ so it can be properly detected by the filter
