The $20 gigaBucks are credits stored in your gigaWallet that you can use to offset your monthly giga bills and/or to purchase extras or optional giga Services. For your second month's bill, the $20 gigaBucks will be used first to offset your bill, any unused gigaBucks is valid to offset your third month's bill.
