When you arrive at your destination, turn on your device's data roaming and you will be connected automatically. If you're travelling to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, India or South Korea, you may choose to connect to our preferred roaming partners:

1. From your device settings, look for network selection and turn off automatic to select another network. You might have to wait for up to a minute for the list of available network operators in your area to load. Our preferred partners are:
   • Malaysia: Maxis, U Mobile
   • Indonesia: Indosat, Telkomsel
   • Thailand: True Move, DTAC
   • South Korea: SK Telecom, KT Corp
   • India: AIrtel, BSML, Vodafone Idea
2. If you've connected to the above operators and are still experiencing connectivity issues, turn on airplane mode for 5 seconds then turn it off to connect to mobile data. Alternatively, restart your device.
