I have received a faulty SIM card, how do I request for a replacement?
You may submit a request by completing this online form here. Be sure to check that the form is complete to avoid any delays in your replacement request. Upon delivery, we may require an exchange for the faulty SIM card, otherwise charges may apply.

Note: In the online form, we will be providing some troubleshooting steps for you to try out as your SIM card might not be faulty.
