I cannot receive SMS using my giga line. What should I do?

Here are a few steps you could try:

  1. Turn on airplane mode, wait for 30 seconds then turn it off
  2. Clear SMS inbox in case it is full, then restart your handset
  3. Turn off iMessage and make sure that it is connected to our giga network

If you are still facing issues with receiving incoming SMS, please drop us an email at gigacares@giga.com.sg, providing the following information:

  • Exact date and time of incident
  • Sender mobile number
  • Recipient mobile number

We will respond to you as soon as we can!

In compliance with relevant law authority guidelines and to ensure safe and reliable services for all, giga may proactively suspend lines detected to be involved in suspicious activities. To reactivate your line, you may file an appeal by writing in to us at gigacares@giga.com.sg.
