1. Confirm that your device settings are correct:
   • APN is set to giga
   • Data Roaming is turned on
   • Default mobile data is set to giga SIM (for Dual SIMs only)
2. Turn on for 5 seconds then turn it off to connect to mobile data
3. Manually select another overseas telco provider under device settings (Under your device settings, look for network selection and turn off automatic to select another network).
