Of course - in our giga app, go to Mega Menu > SIM Services > Swap to eSIM to request for an eSIM to instantly install and activate your eSIM! A $1 charge will apply for each eSIM request! 

The various installation methods can be found in our giga app upon successful purchase, or via email:

1. Automatic installation (only for iPhones): Click on the pink button on your giga App to install eSIM onto your device.
2. QR code: Save the QR code provided, then go to your device's eSIM settings to scan the QR. Follow your device's onscreen instructions to install the eSIM.
3. Manual installation: From your device eSIM settings, enter the activation code details found in the giga app / email. Follow your device's onscreen instructions to install the eSIM.
