Easily! If you're an existing customer on our 4G SIM card, simply head on to our giga app to request a swap to a 5G physical SIM. Follow the instructions below:

1. Request a 5G SIM card via our giga app > Mega Menu > SIM Services > Request for a 5G physical SIM. 
2. Confirm your delivery location and select your delivery slot.
3. Make payment. There will be a $2.04 delivery for all SIM card deliveries. 
4. Your SIM card will be delivered to you at the specified timing! We'll send you a reminder before it arrives.
5. Once you get your SIM card, pop it into your phone.
6. Head on back to our giga app and activate your new SIM card! When you activate your new SIM card, your mobile number will be tagged to the new number and your old SIM card will be deactivated. 
7. Upon activation, you'll see a "5G" indicator at the top of your mobile screen.
