I have activated my giga 5G plan but I'm not able to connect to the 5G network. What should I do? 
Typically, your device should select the best network for you automatically, but in case that doesn't work, you might have to select the network yourself.

Navigate to your mobile's SIM settings, find the network settings (typically on Android, this will be under Mobile networks > Network mode; for iOS, this will be under Mobile service > Voice & Data - do note that there may be slight differences across devices) and select the 5G option. If there's a 5G standalone option, enable that as well.
