Here are some simple steps to set up giga's APN (Access Point Name).

When you first receive your giga SIM, Insert your SIM into your phone, connect to WiFi and hit Activate! You'll be redirected to download APN.

For iOS devices,

1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Network
2. Simply add the giga APN - under APN, enter
   • Name: giga
   • APN: giga
   • Everything else is left blank

For Android devices,

1. Depending on your device manufacturer, go to
   • Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
   • or Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
   • or Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names
2. Add the giga APN:
   • Name: giga
   • APN: giga
   • Everything else is left blank

If you are transferring your giga SIM to another phone for the first time, do repeat the steps above to set up giga APN in your phone in the rare occasion you face connectivity issues.
