To port in / transfer your existing number, ensure
1. It is an active postpaid number (prepaid numbers are not supported)
2. It is registered to your Name and ID (giga does not support transfer of ownership)
3. There are no outstanding bills or contracts with your ex-telco
4. Do not cancel your line with your ex-telco. We will handle the number transfer process for you!
