I’m currently stuck in a contract today. Can I sign up for a giga line today and transfer my number to giga after that?

There are 2 simple steps for this:
Step 1: Download the giga app and "Get a New Number" when you sign up. You will receive the giga SIM card on your preferred delivery date. And you will enjoy full giga services on your new giga number.
Step 2: When you are ready to port over your existing number, simply launch the giga app and click on Menu > Port-in to giga. Complete the post port-in process and you're good to go! Once port-in is approved, your existing giga number will be automatically replaced with the number you have ported in.

To port in / transfer your existing number, ensure
1. It is an active postpaid number (prepaid numbers are not supported)
2. It is registered to your Name and ID (giga does not support transfer of ownership)
3. There are no outstanding bills or contracts with your ex-telco
4. Do not cancel your line with your ex-telco. We will handle the porting process for you!

Note: We do not support corporate sign ups or port-ins at this juncture.
