What can I do if my mobile number is not registered under my own Name and NRIC? How do I perform a Transfer of Ownership?
For port in to be successful, your existing number needs to be registered to your Name and NRIC. Do request for your ex-telco to perform a Transfer of Ownership to your Name as giga does not support Transfer of Ownership, before you proceed to port in to giga.

To port in / transfer your existing number, ensure
1. It is an active postpaid number (prepaid numbers are not supported)
2. It is registered to your Name and ID (giga does not support transfer of ownership
3. There are no outstanding bills or contracts with your ex-telco
4. Do not cancel your line with your ex-telco. We will handle the porting process for you!
